Two stage Dye Mordanting.
The first stage is to convert the silver image to the mordant salt and the second to dye the salt. One method converted the silver image to silver ferrocyanide, [Method One below], and another apparently widely used in the USA, as it was recommended by Eastman Kodak, was to partially Uranium tone using the single solution Uranium toning process mentioned above before dyeing. Iodine solutions were also used.
